He was born
He was a member of the
Oakland City Masonic Lodge 467, OES Chapter 598 in Birdseye and Golden
Fleece Chapter 176 of Oakland City.
He was avid farmer, wood
worker, gardener, loved horses and worked construction
for many years. He retired as a coal miner from Old Ben Coal Co. No. 11 and was
a member of the United Mind Workers of America (UMWA).
Survivors include his wife, Mayme (Mitchell) Lytle; daughter, Sherry Busing of Oakland
City, Pam (Jim) Collins of Ferdinand; sons, Dean (Janice) Lytle of
Birdseye, Greg Lytle (Robin) of Francisco; brother, Bob (Shirley) Lytle of
Oakland City; sisters, June (Gary) Cunningham of Birdseye, Anadell
(Ronnie) Muckelrath of Vidor, Texas, Carolea (Jessie) Scott of Angleton, Texas; nine
grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
